Corona Virus Update
A brief update on our policy regarding COVID-19/Corona Virus.
At present the Centre is offering a mixture of face2face and online mindfulness courses/classes. This includes online mindfulness practice groups and a face2face retreat days for those who have already undertaken an 8-week mindfulness courses.

We are also collecting details of those interested in online or face2face Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) group taster sessions and 8-week courses.

With our face2face sessions we take care to ensure the safety of our participants by maintaining social distancing of 2 metres, and we ask that everyone uses hand sanitiser and wears a mask when moving around the space.

We hope you are all staying as safe as it is possible to be, and that some of you are able to take some comfort in the Mindfulness practice at this uncertain time.
